Since our little interview last night, I have come home from Ms. S's house, gone to bed late, slept in, picked my toes, eaten leftovers, and watched one or two old movies. Typical sunday stuff.
Anyway, it suddenly occured to me as I was sitting in my bedroom
Alright, lemme tell you a little about myself.
My name is Leah Anne, I live in a teeny-weeny town in Michigan, and I'm the oldest of five kids.
I have a cat named Chip who lives outside, eats mice and sleeps on the riding lawn-mower. I had a long line of fish (twelve, in fact) who all died within a few weeks (or days) of arriving in my bedroom, so I'm in a little pause between aquatic life-forms right now.
I like to make miniatures, I paint a bit, and sew a little, and I love to read (I am homeschooled, after all).
My mother is from a small town in Texas, my dad from mid-Michigan, they met at a softball game while my dad lived down there. My dear cousin, Miss Sophisticated, makes fun of me when I talk.
I've never been on an airplane, eaten sushi, or been on a date. I dream in black and white sometimes, and one of my favorite things to do is burst into hysterical laughter when my brother walks into a room
(it drives him positively crazy).
I listen to country, showtunes, classical, and pop/folk music, which makes me a little strange/different,
but different is good, right?
So, as much as I would just l-o-v-e to sit here and give you every detail of my life since the day I was born, I want you guys to think I have a chance of being normal. That said, I'll leave it at that for today (watch out, though, I might be bored tomrrow)
Love,
Ms. A.F.
