Howdy, it's Miss Artsy Fartsy!
This morning, I woke up and it was raining, hard. Rain depresses me on weekdays. Having heard the rain, and not bothering to open my eyes, I got up and ran smack-dab into the middle of my bedroom door. I have a big ol' bump on my head to prove it. Wonderful way to start the day, no? Anyway, I took a shower, did some school, and ate breakfast (at 11 o'clock). I finished up my schoolwork, we went to Wal-mart, I tore all my hair out, we returned from Wal-mart, and now I blog. It's five o'clock.
Anyway, tomorrow, my dad is taking all of us to...(are you ready?)...somewhere. He really has no clue. There are, at this point, three choices: Middle-of-nowhere Canada, Middle-of-nowhere Michigan, or Middle-of-nowhere New York. He's not the 'make a plan' type of guy. And because all of these places are so uniquely different from one another (hardy-har-har), he simply can't decide. My mom, because she is a true saint, puts up with all his wilderness stuff patiently, while I await a girls trip to Chicago in the spring. I really do like the wilderness, but my dad's wilderness is not my wilderness. I like cabins, but only if they have indoor plumbing, and I like fires by the lake, as long as there are no threats of bears, and hiking is fine, but only if there's an actual trail. I guess it takes all kinds to make a world.
So, if any one needs me, I'll be living in a cabin in the middle of nowhere for five days, waiting for my father to find a moose-print in the sand (another story for another time)
Love,
Miss Artsy Fartsy
